Arrangements are made by email, after booking to set up suitable appointment dates/times.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours ( 2 days) notice is needed to cancel an appointment and your session will be rescheduled. A no show or less than 48 hours notice, will incur the full charge for the session, as it means that other plans cannot be made and the time slot will not be able to be filled by someone else.
